Bolivamos collects only the information needed to run the events guide, newsletter and event-submission service.

When you join the weekly email, we store your email address, language and signup date. We use that information only to send Bolivamos updates. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Event submissions

If you submit an event, we store the event details and the organizer contact information you provide. Contact details stay private and are used to verify the listing or follow up with the organizer.

Site analytics

We measure page visits, general location by country, device type, referrals, engagement and outbound clicks. We do not store raw IP addresses. A one-day pseudonymous identifier helps us estimate unique visitors and resets each day.

Local browser storage

The newsletter prompt uses local browser storage to remember when you dismiss it or sign up. Session storage prevents the same referral from being counted repeatedly during one visit. We do not use advertising cookies.

Services we use

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and stores its operational data. Email delivery providers process subscriber addresses when we send the newsletter. Links to venues, ticket sellers and social networks follow those services' own privacy policies.
